6" x 26" Vertical Milling Machine

l   This 6" x 26" Vertical Milling Machine is carefully built in Taiwan with heavy castings throughout for rigidity and accuracy.

l   The headstock tilts left or right 45° and rotates up to 90° in both directions, so you're not limited when it comes time to machine complex angles.

l   To ensure maximum power for 110V operation, we used a 1-1/2 HP TEFC spindle motor.

l   Speed changes are quick and easy with a stepped-pulley V-belt drive system.

l   To keep table movement gliding effortlessly, all ways are lubricated with a one-shot oiler system.

Milling Machine Features

It is a machine which is used to remove metals from the work piece with the help of a revolving cutter called milling cutter. It is used to machined the flat, rough and irregular surfaces and this is done by feeding the work piece against a rotating milling cutter.

Basically the milling machines are divided into two types first is horizontal milling machine and second one is vertical milling machine. They are further classified as knee-type, ram-type, manufacturing or bed type and planer-type milling machine.
