Benchtop scroll band saw

YES-1005L is a bench type scroll band saw with special blade guide wheel design, which could be used to hold 3mm and 6mm saw blades.
The scroll band saw has stronger cutting ability and higher stability than the general scroll saw. The wood will not jump when cutting, and there is no problem with cutting higher wood.
The design of the circular saw blade extends the life of the blade, and it effectively reduces the frequency of replacing the saw blade.

Wood Bandsaw Features

The bandsaw is without a doubt one of the most useful and versatile pieces of equipment that any woodworker can have. This is mainly due to its ability to cut deep sections as well as curved and straight lines.

Quick release blade tension

A properly tensioned blade is essential for making
accurate cuts and is a prerequisite for making
many bandsaw adjustments. The blade tension is
adjusted by rotating the blade tension lever.

Cast iron wheels

If the wheels are heavier, you will have more inertia, which would help in handling peak loads. It follows that any operation where the blade is bogged down for a short while, the heavier wheels will get you through more likely.

¾" or 1" HP MOTOR

Much powerful horse power 1HP than the 10" bandsaw in the market. Almost 10" bandsaw is 1/2" or 1/4" horse power. The advantage is the highr horse power will bring the higher cutting capacity.

Special blade guide with patent

For 3MM width saw blade, please use the groove on the left.
For 6MM width saw blade, please use the groove on the right.
Method: Use a 3MM wrench to loosen the LOCK SCREW to adjust left and right.

The new blade guide design makes it easy to replace the saw blade. Just slide the saw blade into the groove of the support wheel, and adjust the position and tension of the saw blade, and then you could start cutting.
There is a simple rip fence set, occasionally if you want to cut a small material, you could directly use 6mm to cut a straight line; if you want to cut a smaller arcs, you could use 3mm saw blade to complete it.
